1. About the service

SPM (Software Project Management) is an internal work-management application operated by Vrixaa Labs for its team members. By signing in or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created by company administrators for team members and are personal to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• Administrators may suspend, deactivate or reset accounts as part of workplace administration.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for legitimate work purposes.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data beyond what your role permits.

4. Work content

Content created in the course of your work (tasks, reports, documents) is company work product and remains accessible to the company in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" for internal use. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

6. Termination & account deletion

Access ends when your engagement with the company ends or your account is deactivated. You may request deletion of your account at any time — see the account deletion page.
